Housing Services relies on volunteers to fill various support roles at our offices. Recurring volunteers perform tasks such as cleaning, filing, shredding, organizing donations, and assisting with mass mailings. This placement is ideal for someone who is looking to volunteer on a set schedule, whether that is weekly or monthly.

There are several times a year that we need additional volunteer support. HSMM organizes various resource events for clients and fundraisers to support our mission (Adopt a Family, Project Resource Connect, Year- End Giving to name a few projects). If you'd like to help out with a specific project, or would like to be placed on an "as needed" email list, this is the right volunteer opportunity for you!

Housing Services is always looking for dedicated community members to serve on its Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving the community in this way, please read through the information on our Board of Directors Page and fill in the application form.

Short on time but still want to help? Educating yourself on local housing issues and sharing our content on social media helps get our message out to a wider audience. This role is perfect for you if you are just learning about our mission or your schedule doesn't allow you to volunteer during regular business hours.
